Delivery Process

• All goods, will be either delivered by Dropbuy personally (if within range) or contracted to couriers, including but not limited to SKYNET, Globeflight, RoadTrip, DSV, CourierIT, The Courier Guy, Fetch, and including Postnet for CD media or smaller selected items. (Items over R300 will generally be couriered to you)
• You will be supplied with the courier and tracking number, via email, as soon as your order is on the way.
• Please ensure you (or the designated receiver) have your ID available for electronics and computers otherwise the courier may not be able to hand over the goods to you.
• Most products delivered will need to be signed for when accepted by the customer/designated receiver.
• By signing the delivery note it means the customer/designated receiver accepted the stock in good condition. If the recipient is not entirely satisfied with the delivered item, they have the right not to accept and not to sign. Please contact Dropbuy immediately in such a case.
• Your order will be delivered to the address stated in the order, and will only be handed to the person holding the ID number entered upon checkout. This could be either the direct customer (online buyer) or the designated receiver e.g. friend, relative or partner etc. (in case you want to buy something special for someone special)
• All deliveries should be made within 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch, not from the date your order is placed. Applicable to imports, please note that for international shipping reasons, newly imported goods may take longer. In this case, we will give you the updated delivery date on a regular basis.
• Free delivery may be applied for orders or product value over R2000, depending on delivery arrangements.
• We do not deliver standard orders beyond South African borders, to P.O. Boxes or Military bases, to security sensitive areas or off-shore locations etc. For exports/imports, please email us your requirements.
• Certain items will be sent via Postnet free of charge to you. Please furnish us with your nearest Postnet details should you prefer this option. "Click and collect" is possible once your order is ready!
• You may collect from us in Newlands, Cape Town. Address will be shared upon order completion.
• We will understand that the intended recipient, positively accepted delivery of any goods on the earliest: if you expressly or implicitly communicate to Dropbuy that you received the goods or should the goods have been delivered to the intended recipient, as per the courier agents' confirmation/tracking information.

How long does delivery take from the date of my rewards-based contribution ?

• Popular items tend to get shipped much sooner, estimated between 10-14 days. Unique/niche items will likely take longer. Feel free to share your product link with others to get your item sooner!

How long does an outright purchase take to get delivered?

• An outright purchase will ship on the day the payment is cleared. Delivery is usually 1-3 work days thereafter.
